Our first westie was bought in 1966 as a pet.                 We did a bit of showing in the seventies but it was 1986 when our children had flown the nest that we started to take showing more seriously. We bought Lasara Lillett  (Lynette) from Barbara Graham and Jane Kabel. Mated to Ch Olac Moonpilot, Lynette produced four lovely bitches. We kept Ch Kimgarwyn Madelin (Maddie) and Kimgarwyn Mary Rose (Rosie) who has 2RCC. Lynette's second litter produced Ch Kimgarwyn Marksman (Bobby) also sired by Ch Olac Moonpilot (Paddie). Her third litter again sired by Paddie produced Int Ch Kimgarwyn Gulliver owned and shown by Roland Hiverneaux of France.
Maddie produced Ch Kimgarwyn Cagney.                   We also bred Ch Kimgarwyn Ferryman of Cooley, owned and shown by Ann Taggart of Southern Ireland (see Album). Lynette has done us proud with her breeding, and most of our current breeding comes down from her.
We had Joint Top Puppy In Breed 2002, Top Puppy In Breed 2003, and Top Puppy In Breed 2004 with our youngsters. We also earned Top Sire 2004  (Our Dogs) with Kimgarwyn Apollo (Joe). We enjoy showing and look forward to the future.
